个人简历
王士安,研究员,博士生导师。2003年本科毕业于陕西师范大学;2008年在中国科学院微生物研究所获得博士学位,同年加入中国科学院青岛生物能源与过程研究所,工作至今;其间,2013年至2014年,赴美国麻省理工学院开展代谢工程研究和学习。聚焦酵母菌合成油脂和蛋白,“因菌制宜与因品制宜”的建立了解脂耶氏酵母、红法夫酵母、酿酒酵母、毕赤酵母研究平台,解析底盘的遗传与代谢调控机理,开发基因编辑、定向进化、高通量筛选等技术,发展高产菌种和发酵工艺。神经酸油脂、虾青素、酵母单细胞蛋白等技术实现转让。在PNAS、Science Advances等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇;申请PCT和发明专利22项,已获中国、美国、日本和欧洲授权12项。承担国家重点研发计划项目和省部级项目多项。担任The Global Energy Association评审委员会委员等。
