酵母生物技术研究组

酵母生物技术研究组长期开展酵母菌代谢与合成生物学研究。“因菌制宜”地建立了解脂耶氏酵母、红法夫酵母、酿酒酵母、毕赤酵母研究平台,解析底盘的遗传与代谢调控机理,开发基因编辑、亚细胞合成、定向进化等技术,发展高产菌种与发酵工艺,聚焦酵母菌合成油脂和蛋白实现了多项技术转让。在PNAS、Science Advances等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇;申请PCT和发明专利22项,已获中国、美国、日本和欧洲授权12项。承担国家重点研发计划项目和省部级项目多项。
