简介
酵母生物技术研究组长期开展酵母菌代谢与合成生物学研究。“因菌制宜”地建立了解脂耶氏酵母、红法夫酵母、酿酒酵母、毕赤酵母研究平台,解析底盘的遗传与代谢调控机理,开发基因编辑、亚细胞合成、定向进化等技术,发展高产菌种与发酵工艺,聚焦酵母菌合成油脂和蛋白实现了多项技术转化。在Communications Biology、CRISPR Journal、Bioresource Technology、Biotechnology for Biofuels、Carbohydrate Polymers、AEM等期刊发表论文30余篇;申请PCT专利2项(其中1项已获美国、欧洲和日本授权)、发明专利16项,已获授权9项。主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等项目多项。新引进人才(2024)曾在Science和Cell research发表基因编辑研究论文。
