Profile

Research Achievements

Internationally, the concept of synergistic P450 enzyme catalysis by bifunctional molecules was first proposed. A P450 dioxygenase catalytic system was constructed and applied to the synthesis of chiral pharmaceutical molecules. This work is recognized as one of the most significant advancements and core literature in P450 monooxygenase research. It has pioneered a new strategy for direct intervention and regulation of enzyme function by exogenous small molecules. Over 30 papers have been published in journals such as JACS (3), Angew Chem (5), ACS Catal (4), and Chem Sci. Among these, there are 12 papers published in journals with an impact factor of 10 or above, with 11 as first or corresponding authors. Five patents have been granted. The related achievements have been selected as Very important papers, Hot Papers, cover articles, etc., and have been reported as research hotspots or highlights by platforms such as Natural Product Reports, ChemistryViews, Faculty Opinions.
